Outlook (Office 365 Home) - How to turn off "All Day Appointment" , and set say 9AM as default appointment start time?
double clicking on calendar to create new appointment results in an All Day event.  Thats plain stupid!  I wish for All Day to NOT be the default.  WHO has all day events all the time?

Hi,

I think this is because your calendar is in Month view:

When the calendar is in Month view, there is not a time scale, so double-clicking will generate an All day event, we can't change this.

If you switch to other views that have a time scale, Outlook will determine a start time based on the time scale you double-click on. Or you can change the behavior to right click then select "New Appointment".
